Dear Worcester County Fair Not For Profit Vendor:

The Worcester County 4-H/FFA Fair Board would like to invite you to display your information at the 2012 Worcester County Fair. This year's fair will be August 10th - August 12th , 2012 at Byrd Park in Snow Hill.

There is no fee for a Not For Profit Vendor Booth. These booth spaces are reserved for service organizations providing information about their services to the public. Persons reserving a Not For Profit Vendor Booth shall not sell any goods or services as part of their display. Political Candidates and Political Party Organizations are classified as Non-Food Vendors and shall submit all applications and fees associated with that classification.

The Vendor spaces are 20 feet by 20 feet. You must supply your own tables, tent, and chairs. Electric is available if desired.

Set-Up Time: Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, August 10, 2012 from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.

Hours of Operation: Friday, August 10, 2012 and Saturday, August 11, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday, August 12, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Vendors must set up booth during designated times.

Vendors must release from any liability for injuries or losses associated with the Worcester County Fair, the Fair Board, the Town of Snow Hill, and its members and associates.

Vendors will only be permitted to have one vehicle parked at each booth. All others must be parked in designated Fair parking areas.

Vendors shall not close before the end of operating hours on any fair day without the consent of the fair. You must remain open for all three days of the fair during the hours of operation.

24 hour Security is provided Thursday - Sunday by the Snow Hill Police Department.

All applications must be postmarked by August 1, 2012.

A confirmation letter will be sent to you once your application is processed.

We advertise through local papers, radio stations, on our website, and through various internet “events” sites, as well as through the Worcester County Fair Premium Catalog and brochures which are distributed throughout Worcester, Somerset, and Wicomico counties.
