The Worcester County 4-H/FFA Fair Board would like to invite you to display your product at the 2010 Worcester County Fair. This year's fair will be held on Friday, August 13th from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday, August 14th from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, August 15th from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Byrd Park in Snow Hill.

The fees vary from $100.00-$175.00 (non-refundable) depending on your menu. Electricity and water is included for all three days!  You must supply your own tables, tent, and chairs.  Set-up will be on Thursday, August 12th from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday, August 13th from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.  Security will be provided Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights by the Snow Hill Police Department.

The Worcester County Fair Board will be selling all cold drinks except for specialty drinks or otherwise approved by the board as a fundraiser due to budget cuts.  The fees are based on primary items sold and items such as fries, chips, baked beans will not be considered as a primary item.  The board reserves the right to alter any approved applicant’s menu or deny any application to eliminate duplications of primary items sold.  We want to ensure all applicants’ success at the 2010 Worcester County Fair.  Below is the fees based on primary items:
One Item:  $100.00       Two Items:  $125.00      Three or More Items:  $175.00

We hope you will take advantage of this event. We advertise through local papers and radio stations, on our website and through various internet “events” sites, as well as through the fair tabloid which is widely distributed throughout Worcester, Somerset, and Wicomico counties.
